Atmosphere Hydrogen Content
H2o without the H’s ?
Water is the chemical substance with chemical formula H2O: one molecule of water has two Hydrogen atoms covalently bonded to a single oxygen atom.
If as these people are saying they take the Hydrogen out of water to burn in engines then all that should be left over is oxygen BUT they keep saying what comes out the tail pipe is water ?
If what is left over is oxygen then will using H2O as a fuel result in raiseing the levels of oxygen in our The Earth’s atmosphere Atmosphere is a layer of gases surrounding the planet Earth that is retained by the Earth’s gravity. It contains roughly (by molar content/volume) 78.08% nitrogen, 20.95% oxygen, 0.93% argon, 0.038% carbon dioxide, trace amounts of other gases, and a variable amount (average around 1%) of water vapor. This mixture of gases is commonly known as air.
What happens what the level of oxygen goes up and the levels of water goes down ?

So many questions and so little brain cells ! Damn 60’s !
It should balance out. We are not using fusion and turning the Hydrogen into helium. It gets re-combined with oxygen from the air in the engine or fuel cell to make water.
