Hydrogen Activity

What experiment can i use to investigate the factors that affect the activity of the enzyme catalase?
i know that changing the substrates, temperature or ph will affect the rate of the reaction. Currently my materials list involves chicken liver or potatoes and Hydrogen peroxide. I have a time limit of 60-80 minutes to complete this experiment. If anyone has any suggestions one what i should manipulate and how i can collect the quantitative information i will greatly appreciate it. Thank you
You could try placing the liver in several test tubes, while adding a small amount of catalase to each. Try putting the Hydrogen peroxide in one tube and putting the other tube in a water bath at a high temperature, and then record the appearance.
Alternatively, you could test the effect of catalase on starch in potatoes. Do the same thing with he test tubes, but instead replace the liver with potatoes. Then use a simple iodine test to identify the presence of starch. If the enzymes are denatured, it will still be there.
